Hospital Report: International opera star José Carreras quietly left a Seattle cancer center last week, three months after undergoing a bone marrow transplant to treat his leukemia. The 41-year-old tenor received his transplant Nov. 16 and is reportedly back in Spain under the care of physicians in Barcelona.
